Are your products made from scratch?
Yes! I make these products from scratch from start to finish!
Can I order a custom cake for tomorrow?
Unfortunately not. This is a one woman kitchen so every week is scheduled in advance to ensure I can fulfill all of your orders. Custom orders take a lot of time and planning so at least 1 week’s notice is required for all custom orders.
Is your kitchen 100% Gluten Free?
Unfortunately I am currently operating out of my home kitchen which does have gluten present regularly. I take every precaution possible to ensure safe preparation of gluten free items! Everything is thoroughly cleaned before any GF production and I use separate dedicated GF equipment, i.e., bowls, pans, utensils, mixer, fryer, cleaning supplies etc.
Is the bakery nut free?
Our kitchen is not a nut free environment. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee any of my products are safe for someone with a nut allergy.
Can I pickup my order the day before/after the scheduled order date?
Since there is only one person in the kitchen I have to plan and time all orders meticulously. I always plan to make your products on the day of your scheduled pickup to ensure the freshest possible products. Therefore I will be unable to accommodate early pickups as they will not be ready ahead of time. I never recommend picking up your order late as the majority of baked goods are at their best the day they're made.
Are your products vegan?
This is not a vegan bakery. Everything is gluten free and we feel that trying to make every product vegan as well would compromise the quality we are committed to providing our customers with. That being said we do have a number of products that happen to be GF+Vegan!
